php899 Terms & Conditions — User Agreement & Platform Rules

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform" refers to the php899 website located at php899.org, including all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, software applications, and services.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an account on the Platform or who accesses the Platform's services.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player on php899, through which the Player accesses gaming services and manages funds.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player in Philippine Peso (₱) that have not been designated as bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits awarded to a Player pursuant to a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the national government authority responsible for licensing and regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer, the identity verification process mandated by PAGCOR and anti-money laundering regulations applicable to php899.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which accessing or using the Platform constitutes a violation of applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the php899 Platform, registering an Account, or using any php899 service, you confirm that you have read this Agreement carefully and agree to be legally bound by its provisions. Your continued use of php899 following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

This Agreement applies to all users of php899, including casual visitors who have not registered an Account. If you are accessing php899 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.

php899 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered Players and/or prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

3 Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use php899's real-money services, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• Be a legal resident of or physically located in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited;
• Not be subject to self-exclusion from php899 or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming facility;
• Not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of php899 or its affiliate companies;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not have had a previous php899 Account terminated for cause.

php899 employs age verification measures at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any time. If php899 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21 years of age, it will suspend that Account immediately pending verification. Any funds in such an Account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, with all winnings forfeited.

4 Account Registration & KYC

To access php899's real-money gaming services, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate and complete.

Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered Account on php899. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

In compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and the Republic Act 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001) as amended, php899 is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires the submission of:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID, SSS ID, Voter's ID);
• A clear selfie photograph of the Account holder holding the presented ID;
• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days), where requested;
• Source of funds documentation, where required for higher-volume accounts.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of complete document submission. php899 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal suspension and may result in Account closure.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php899 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

php899 will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any communication claiming to be from php899 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify php899 immediately upon becoming aware of any:

• Unauthorized access to or use of your Account;
• Loss or theft of your login credentials;
• Any other security breach relating to your Account.

php899 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials, or from any unauthorized access to your Account that results from your actions or omissions.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on php899 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. php899 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, and InstaPay, subject to each method's individual transaction limits and processing times.

All deposits made to php899 are final and non-refundable except where the Platform determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted (e.g., duplicate deposit due to technical error). By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legitimately yours and are not derived from any illegal activity.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. php899 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes for GCash; other methods may take up to 3 business days depending on the payment provider.

php899 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms. In such cases, the Platform will notify the Player and may request additional verification documentation.

Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from winnings received through php899. php899 does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified Philippine tax professional regarding income from online gaming.

7 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

php899 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all php899 promotions:

• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible Player unless stated otherwise;
• Bonus funds are held separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds;
• The default wagering requirement is thirty (30) times the bonus amount unless a different requirement is specified in the offer terms;
• Games may contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements (e.g., live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots);
• Bonuses have expiry periods after which unused bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited;
• php899 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to modify bonus terms for future promotions.

8 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on php899 are governed by individual game rules available within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between individual game rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where game rules specifically address the relevant matter.

All non-live casino games on php899 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), independently audited to ensure outcomes are completely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each game in the game information panel.

php899 reserves the right to void bets and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bet was placed following a technical error that displayed incorrect odds or game information. Players will be notified of any void bets and the affected stake amount will be returned to their Account.

In the event of a network or server error during a live game session, php899 will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where this is not possible, the round will be voided and stakes returned. php899 is not responsible for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the Player's end.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php899 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting others in creating multiple Accounts;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or allowing a minor to use your Account;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical or electronic means to participate in games or exploit the Platform;
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multi-player games;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any php899 game;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention technology;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to any third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the php899 Platform or its games;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward php899 staff or other Players.

10 Responsible Gaming

php899 provides the following responsible gaming tools, which take effect immediately upon activation:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 1 day to 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your php899 Account. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for a minimum period of 6 months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content, software, designs, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and other intellectual property on the php899 Platform ("Platform Content") are owned by or licensed to php899 and are protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the services offered by php899. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform Content without php899's prior written consent;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any Platform Content for commercial purposes;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on Platform Content.

Game content available on php899 may be proprietary to third-party game providers and is subject to additional intellectual property restrictions imposed by those providers.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php899 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors on the Platform beyond php899's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues or device failures on your end;
• Any loss or damage incurred by you as a result of your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

php899's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude php899's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by php899's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in the Philippines.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

php899 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where php899 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information;
• The Player is subject to a self-exclusion order or court order prohibiting their use of gaming services;
• Continued operation of the Account presents a legal, regulatory, or financial risk to php899;
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time.

Upon termination for cause, php899 may, at its discretion, forfeit any remaining balance in the Account, including Real Money Balance where the forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach. Where termination is not for cause, php899 will return the Real Money Balance to the Player via the original payment method.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting php899 customer support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of Account closure will be processed in the normal course.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

php899 collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The manner in which php899 collects and uses your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy, available at php899.org/privacy-policy.

By registering an Account with php899, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements and php899's data retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations.

15 Amendments to This Agreement

php899 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, php899 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to registered Players via email and/or prominent Platform notification before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the php899 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account without penalty.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and all matters arising from your use of php899 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and php899, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting php899 customer support. php899 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts. Disputes relating to PAGCOR licensing compliance may also be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process.
